Our Story
MFCB Fitness was born from the hardest chapters of life. Our founder was wrongfully convicted at 18 and spent 7 years fighting for his freedom. Exonerated at 25, he came home to face homelessness and addiction. Through fitness, discipline, and an unbreakable will, he rebuilt everything. MFCB Fitness isn't just apparel — it's a movement for everyone who's been knocked down and refused to stay there.
